1. Eligibility
To register and use bat999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
- You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from entering into this agreement.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be a current employee of bat999, or an immediate family member of a bat999 employee.
bat999 may request proof of age at any time. Until satisfactory proof is provided, bat999 reserves the right to restrict account access and suspend deposits and withdrawals. Any winnings earned during a period where age has not been verified may be withheld pending verification outcome.
Important: If it is determined that a minor has accessed and used bat999, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. bat999 takes underage access seriously and maintains monitoring systems specifically for this purpose.
2. Account Registration
Each individual may hold exactly one bat999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited. bat999 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts.
When registering on bat999 you are required to provide:
- Your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC or other official identity document.
- A valid mobile number registered in Pakistan (used for account verification).
- A valid email address.
- A date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.
- A unique, secure password that you have not used on other platforms.
You are responsible for keeping your bat999 account credentials secure. bat999 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to bat999 support immediately. bat999 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
KYC (Know Your Customer): bat999 may request supporting documents — CNIC copy, payment method screenshot — before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Documents submitted are handled per the bat999 Privacy Policy.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
bat999 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposit and withdrawal amounts are in PKR. The following applies to all financial transactions on the bat999 platform:

- Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. bat999 does not accept third-party deposits.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
- bat999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in any 30-day period.
- bat999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are the player's responsibility.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being completed first.
4. Betting Rules
All bets placed on bat999 — whether on casino games, crash games or sports events — are subject to the following rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed on bat999, it cannot be cancelled or modified except where explicitly permitted by specific game or sport rules (such as cash-out features where available).
- bat999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error. If a bat999 odds error is identified, affected players will be notified and stakes refunded.

- Maximum bet limits apply per market on bat999. These are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing. bat999 may impose individual account bet limits based on betting patterns.
- bat999 casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Sports betting outcomes are determined by official match results from recognised governing bodies.
Disputes: If you believe a bat999 bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of settlement with full details. bat999 will investigate and respond within 5 working days.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
bat999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season offers, Eid bonuses and the Refer a Friend programme. The following general rules apply to all bat999 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonus funds carry wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier is stated in each individual promotion. Typical wagering requirements on bat999 range from 20× to 40× the bonus amount.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated for each promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

- Attempting to exploit bat999 bonus offers through systematic play patterns, hedging or collusion will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
- bat999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with notice where reasonably practicable.
Refer a Friend: Referral bonuses are paid when the referred player completes their first qualifying deposit and wager on bat999. Referrals must be genuine new players — referring yourself, family members sharing a device or household, or existing bat999 players under new details will not qualify and may result in both accounts being suspended.
6. Fair Play and Fraud Prevention
bat999 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology that provides an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the bat999 platform.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate casino game or betting outcomes.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any involvement in the fixing of any event on which bets are placed via bat999.
- Arbitrage betting where bat999 is systematically used as one leg of a guaranteed-profit arrangement exploiting odds discrepancies.
- Providing false registration information or impersonating another person.
- Money laundering or any use of bat999 for financial transactions not related to genuine gaming activity.
- Chargebacks or disputed payments on deposits that were genuinely made to bat999.
bat999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where evidence of criminal activity is identified. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation.
7. Privacy and Data

- You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to bat999's legal obligations to retain certain transaction records.

8. Responsible Gaming
bat999 takes player welfare seriously. The following tools are available to all account holders:
- Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps, set in account settings.
- Loss limits — maximum net loss per day or week before the account is temporarily suspended for that period.
- Session time reminders — notifications after a set period of continuous play.
- Cool-off period — temporary account restriction for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term account closure with no ability to reopen before the exclusion period ends.

9. Account Closure
You may close your bat999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure:
- Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method.
- Bonus funds remaining in your account at closure will be forfeited.
- Open bets at time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and the resulting balance processed accordingly.
bat999 may close or suspend your account under the following circumstances, among others:
- Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
- At the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes.

Where bat999 closes an account for reasons other than player misconduct, any genuine real-money balance will be returned in full.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat999's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in your bat999 account at the time the claim arises.

- Loss of profit, revenue or anticipated winnings arising from any bet or wager.
- Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, power failures or other events outside bat999's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Errors in third-party data feeds used for settlement of sports bets where those errors are outside bat999's reasonable control.
bat999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever possible.
11. Complaints Procedure
bat999 aims to resolve all player concerns quickly and fairly. The complaints process on bat999 is as follows:
- Step 1 — Contact Support: Email support@bat999.wine or use live chat with full details of your complaint including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant bet IDs or transaction references.
- Step 2 — Initial Response: bat999 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 working days.
- Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to the bat999 senior customer experience team. A final decision will be issued within 10 working days of escalation.
bat999 keeps records of all complaints and uses them to improve the platform. You will not be disadvantaged in any way for submitting a genuine complaint.
12. General Provisions
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bat999 with respect to the subject matter herein.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- bat999's failure to enforce any provision at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- These Terms are published in English. In the event of a translation discrepancy, the English version prevails.
- bat999 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a business sale or corporate restructure. Players will be notified of any such assignment.
